The exam fee for IELTS is INR 15,500 if you want to apply for the computer or paper-based IELTS. But if you are going to appear for UKVI IELTS, then you have to pay INR 15,750. The exam fee for Life skills is INR 14,600.
There are no restrictions on who can take the IELTS Exam. You may take the test as many times as you like until you get the IELTS score you want. The exam retake, however, is equally expensive as the initial test try.
After getting the IELTS result, if you are not satisfied with your band score, then you can apply for rechecking. The fee for rechecking in IELTS is INR 11,625.
The validity of the IELTS Certificate is for 2 years. For example – if you got your IELTS Certificate in 2022, then it will be valid till 2024. After that, you have to take again the IELTS Exam to study, work or live in abroad countries.
There is no age limit to apply for the IELTS Exam. According to the IELTS Administrators, candidates can take the test in any age group.
